Refunds- Cancellations and Postponements

Refunds can only be considered if you cancel your tour at least 45 day before commence of the tour. If you inform us of your cancellation during the 45 day notice we will consider your application and make a decision accordingly.

We recommend that you to get a replacement for your tour booking. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you want to postpone your tour booking for a later date or similar tour in future, we will consider your application. If extra costs are incurred you will be liable to pay the difference.

If your tour booking have to be postponed for reasons like Covid or similar conditions we will postpone your tour for a later date but you are liable to pay the difference in costs where applicable.
